ROARING BYTES · MR. WRIGGLES
PRIVACY
LAST UPDATED 20 AUGUST 2026
THE SHORT VERSION
Mr. Wriggles never asks who you are. There is no account, no sign-up, no email list, no ads, and no tracking. The game runs on your device, and your scores stay there unless you choose to put them on a Game Center leaderboard.
What stays on your device
Your high scores, unlocked worm skins, run history, and settings are saved locally by the game. We cannot see them, and we have no server that holds them. Deleting the app deletes them.
Game Center
If you are signed in to Game Center, the game submits your scores to the leaderboards and reports your achievements. Apple handles that data: it appears under the Game Center nickname you chose, and we never see your Apple Account, your real name, or your email address.
You can play the whole game with Game Center switched off — nothing leaves the device then. Apple's privacy policy covers anything you send through Game Center.
Crash reports
When the game crashes, we may receive an anonymous crash report describing what the app was doing and which device and OS version it was running on. It carries no name, no email, and no identifier that points back to you, and we use it only to fix the crash.
On Apple devices this sharing is controlled by you, in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Share With App Developers.
What we do not do
- No advertising, and no ad or attribution SDKs in the app
- No behavioural analytics or profiling of how you play
- No location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access
- No accounts, no purchases, no push notifications
- No selling, renting, or sharing of data with anyone
- Nothing we receive is linked to your identity
Children
Mr. Wriggles is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages, though it is not published in the App Store's Kids category. Because the game collects nothing that could identify anyone, it collects nothing that could identify a child. There are no ads, no chat, and no links out of the game other than to this website.
Changes to this policy
If the game ever starts handling data differently, this page changes first and the date at the top changes with it.
